  • Processing: Allow 5–8 business days for order verification, inventory allocation, and freight booking.
  • Transit (U.S.): Free shipping in the contiguous U.S. Typical delivery is 8–12 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier capacity.
  • LTL freight: Free professional unloading to the ground is included on sawmills and large equipment. The carrier may call to confirm access or schedule a delivery window.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your crate leaves the warehouse. Carrier scans can take up to 24 hours to show online.
  • On delivery: Inspect the crate before signing, note any visible damage on the receipt, and take photos. Report issues to us within 5 business days so we can file claims and get you parts or replacements quickly.
  • Return window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a free return on eligible products in original condition and packaging.
  • Start a return: Email Support@forestlyequipments.com with your order number, item, and reason. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and send a prepaid label or freight pickup instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Packing & safety: Use the original crate or box when possible. For freight items, secure the mill to a pallet with straps. If the equipment runs on fuel, drain all fuel and allow at least 24 hours to vent before transport (required by law).
  • Refund timing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within about 5 business days (your bank or card provider may add processing time).
  • Non-returnable items: Used, installed or modified equipment; items missing major parts or original packaging; opened consumables/wear items (blades, belts, oils, etc.) unless dead-on-arrival; and any product returned containing fuel or hazardous liquids.
  • Coverage: Forestly sawmills are backed by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, plus a 3-year KOHLER commercial engine warranty.
  • What we may do: Depending on the issue, Forestly may repair the product, supply replacement parts, replace the unit, or credit you toward a replacement when repair is not practical.
  • Common exclusions: Normal wear components (blades, belts, bearings, filters, oils, etc.); damage from misuse, abuse, improper setup or maintenance; modifications or non-approved accessories; and cosmetic issues that do not affect operation.
  • How to make a claim: Email Support@forestlyequipments.com with your order number, product model, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video. We’ll confirm coverage and coordinate parts-in-field, local service, or replacement shipment.
  • Keep your docs: Save your proof of purchase, manuals and (when possible) original packaging—it makes diagnosis, parts matching, and any transport much easier.

Auto-Locking Sawhead

The patented infinitely-adjustable auto-locking sawhead offers precise depth-of-cut control, simplifying your cutting process and saving time. One turn of the crank equals 1 inch of blade height adjustment for fast, repeatable cuts.

Log Handling

Versatile Log Clamps

The OS31 includes one log dog clamp, long and short log rests, a low-profile cam-dog system, and built-in cant stops that allow cuts down to 1" above the log bed. Stainless steel bunk caps protect valuable lumber from staining during the milling process.

Blade Changes

EZ Blade Tension

The patented EZ Blade Tension system preserves critical bandwheel alignment while you tension the blade. That means fast, frustration-free blade changes and more actual time spent milling instead of fiddling with adjustments.

Cut Stability

Adjustable Blade Guide

The patented auto-locking adjustable blade guide lets you narrow the exposed blade width on smaller cuts, keeping the band well supported and more stable. Quickly adjust for different material sizes to reduce blade wander and improve surface finish.

Stainless Steel Bunk Caps

Standard stainless steel bunk caps help prevent iron staining on valuable hardwoods. They provide a corrosion-resistant surface so your boards don’t react with bare steel and develop dark marks.

Loading & Rolling

Ramp Up with a Log Loading System

Add the winch and ramp options to load and roll logs onto your OS31 more easily and securely. Wrap the winch cable, hook it to the frame, and roll logs up the ramps onto the bed—no tractor required, and one-person operation becomes realistic.

On-Site Mobility

Tow It Right to Your Milling Site

With the optional mobility kit and jack support package, you can tow the OS31 directly to the log pile. The system includes a mobility subframe, axle, 12" wheels, quick-release fenders, removable drawbar, six adjustable support jacks, and a carriage lockdown system.
