Security First

We use industry-standard SSL encryption site-wide to protect your data during checkout. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers; Forestly does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or raw payment data on our servers.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • All major credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (including business/corporate cards).
  • Prepaid cards: Accepted when registered with a billing address.

Not accepted: PayPal (declined due to high fraud risk), checks, money orders, bank wires, or COD.

How Card Payments Work

  1. Enter card details (name on card, number, expiry, CVV) and your billing address exactly as it appears on your statement.
  2. Our processor performs real-time checks (AVS address match, CVV, and risk screening). We may use 3-D Secure when available.
  3. For some orders, a temporary authorization may appear before final capture. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after checkout.

Fraud Screening & Verification

To protect customers, we automatically screen orders for fraud. If an order is flagged, we may request a brief verification (e.g., confirming billing address or last four digits of the card, or requesting a matching photo ID/business doc). Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded.

Common Decline Reasons & Fixes

  • Address/ZIP mismatch (AVS): Re-enter the billing address exactly as on your card statement.
  • CVV or expiry incorrect: Double-check and try again.
  • Bank security block: Call your bank, approve the purchase, then retry.
  • Insufficient funds / card limits: Use a different card or contact your bank to raise the limit.

Large Orders & Business Purchases

For high-value or fleet orders, our team may perform additional verification before dispatch to prevent unauthorized use. You’ll be contacted at your checkout email/phone if anything is needed—no action is required unless we reach out.

Taxes, Currency & Invoices

  • Currency: All prices and charges are in USD.
  • Sales tax: Calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • Invoices: Your order confirmation email includes a receipt; contact us if you need a formal invoice.

Privacy

Your personal information is used to process your order and support your experience as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal data.
