  • Processing: Allow 5–8 business days for order verification, inventory allocation, and freight booking.
  • Transit (U.S.): Free shipping in the contiguous U.S. Typical delivery is 8–12 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier capacity.
  • LTL freight: Free professional unloading to the ground is included on sawmills and large equipment. The carrier may call to confirm access or schedule a delivery window.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your crate leaves the warehouse. Carrier scans can take up to 24 hours to show online.
  • On delivery: Inspect the crate before signing, note any visible damage on the receipt, and take photos. Report issues to us within 5 business days so we can file claims and get you parts or replacements quickly.
  • Return window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a free return on eligible products in original condition and packaging.
  • Start a return: Email Support@forestlyequipments.com with your order number, item, and reason. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and send a prepaid label or freight pickup instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Packing & safety: Use the original crate or box when possible. For freight items, secure the mill to a pallet with straps. If the equipment runs on fuel, drain all fuel and allow at least 24 hours to vent before transport (required by law).
  • Refund timing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within about 5 business days (your bank or card provider may add processing time).
  • Non-returnable items: Used, installed or modified equipment; items missing major parts or original packaging; opened consumables/wear items (blades, belts, oils, etc.) unless dead-on-arrival; and any product returned containing fuel or hazardous liquids.
  • Coverage: Forestly sawmills are backed by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, plus a 3-year KOHLER commercial engine warranty.
  • What we may do: Depending on the issue, Forestly may repair the product, supply replacement parts, replace the unit, or credit you toward a replacement when repair is not practical.
  • Common exclusions: Normal wear components (blades, belts, bearings, filters, oils, etc.); damage from misuse, abuse, improper setup or maintenance; modifications or non-approved accessories; and cosmetic issues that do not affect operation.
  • How to make a claim: Email Support@forestlyequipments.com with your order number, product model, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video. We’ll confirm coverage and coordinate parts-in-field, local service, or replacement shipment.
  • Keep your docs: Save your proof of purchase, manuals and (when possible) original packaging—it makes diagnosis, parts matching, and any transport much easier.

Forestly Equipments · Feature Overview

Premium sawmill engineering, inside and out.

From the KOHLER electric-start powerplant to the carbon steel blade and spiral log clamps, every system on this mill is built for serious, repeatable cuts. Explore the core features below, then review the full specification breakdown.

Max Log Diameter 32"
Max Live Edge Width 29"
Standard Cutting Length 10.5 ft
Power KOHLER CH440 · 14 HP

Nine systems that make this mill a workhorse.

Large, visual feature cards in a two-column layout. Hover or tap to see subtle motion and depth—everything is tuned around your real-world milling workflow: start-up, control, capacity, safety, and finish quality.

Electric-start KOHLER engine mounted on the sawmill

Electric Start KOHLER Engine

Equipped with an electric-start KOHLER CH440 engine, this mill is built for fast, reliable starts and long service life. Turn the key, bring the blade up to speed, and focus on the cut instead of fighting a pull cord—especially when temperatures drop or you’re starting and stopping all day.

Height adjustment handle with indexed positions

Precision Adjustable Cutting Thickness

The height handle rotates through 23 locking positions, giving you precise, repeatable control over your board thickness. Dial in the cut you need—from thin boards to full 7" slabs—and return to the same setting without guessing or re-measuring every pass.

Large diameter log loaded on the sawmill track

32" Maximum Log Diameter

This mill is built to take on serious timber, with capacity for logs up to 32" in diameter. That means yard trees, storm-fall hardwoods, and large softwood stems can all be broken down on site instead of being cut short or left in the field.

Emergency stop button on the sawmill operator handle

Top-Mounted Emergency Stop

A large, easy-to-reach emergency stop button is mounted at the top of the handle, allowing you to shut down the machine instantly if something doesn’t look or sound right. It’s a simple detail that adds a real layer of safety when you’re working around heavy logs and moving blades.

Wide live-edge slab being cut on the mill

29" Maximum Cutting Width

Adjust the saw head and blade path to match your log, and take on live-edge slabs up to 29" wide. Perfect for table tops, benches, and showpiece timbers where width really matters.

Throttle handle controlling cutting speed

Operator Throttle Handle

Cutting speed is at your fingertips. Push the throttle handle to feed the blade and adjust speed to match species, width, and blade sharpness. Fewer steps, smoother feed, and a noticeable boost in productivity over a long day at the mill.

Carbon steel band saw blade close-up

Carbon Steel Blade System

The blade is carbonized steel, sized at 158 × 1.3 × 0.04" with a rotational speed up to 787" per second. That balance of strength, flexibility, and speed keeps cuts smooth and stable while minimizing waste and tear-out.

Spiral log clamp on sawmill track

Spiral Log Clamp System

The track is equipped with spiral-style log clamps that bite into the fiber and hold logs firmly while you mill. They’re quick to set, easy to reposition, and help keep the cant steady through each pass.

Full sawmill track showing standard cutting length

Modular Cutting Length

The mill ships with a 157" standard log track, giving you a 123" (10.5 ft) cutting length. Need more? Add a 78" extension track to take on longer logs and keep big stems in one piece.
