Placing an Order

You can browse products and place orders directly on forestlyequipments.com. Each product page includes images, specifications, and manuals where available. If you have questions before purchase, contact us at Support@forestlyequipments.com. Please review your cart details carefully and enter accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Payment & Security

We accept major cards and secure checkout options available on our site. All payments are processed over encrypted connections. For your protection, we may verify orders to prevent fraud; if verification is required, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Order Processing Time

Standard processing time is 5–8 business days before dispatch. Processing includes order verification, allocation, and carrier booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout and a dispatch confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery (United States)

  • Cost: Free shipping to U.S. addresses (contiguous 48 states).
  • Transit time: Typically 8–12 business days after dispatch (location and carrier dependent).
  • Service: Small parcels ship via ground; larger items ship via LTL freight.
  • Unloading: Free professional unloading included with LTL deliveries.
  • Scheduling: The carrier may call to arrange a delivery window for LTL shipments. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is reachable.

Access & Delivery Conditions

Please ensure the delivery location is accessible to standard freight vehicles. If there are access constraints (e.g., gated communities, limited road access, narrow streets), inform us promptly so we can coordinate with the carrier. Someone 18+ should be available to receive and sign for LTL deliveries.

Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Tracking events may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Enter your full delivery address (including unit/suite) and a valid phone number at checkout. If you need to update the address, contact us before the order ships. Once a shipment is in transit, rerouting may not be possible. If an in-transit change is feasible, the carrier may assess a rerouting fee which is the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting

  1. Upon delivery, inspect the outer packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
  2. Take clear photos/videos of any damage (packaging and product) at the time of delivery.
  3. Report concealed damage or shortages to Support@forestlyequipments.com within 5 business days of delivery and include your order number and photos/videos. This helps us file a timely carrier claim and expedite replacements.

Missed Deliveries & Storage

If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to incorrect contact details, missed appointments, or site inaccessibility, storage or redelivery fees may apply per the carrier’s policy. Please monitor tracking and carrier calls to avoid delays.

Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: You may request cancellation. If the order has not entered processing or carrier booking, we’ll cancel and refund.
  • After dispatch: If the shipment is already in transit, please use our Returns process once delivered. Standard return terms apply.

Returns

We offer a 30-day free return policy from delivery for eligible items in original condition. To start a return, contact Support@forestlyequipments.com for instructions and an RMA.
