You can browse products and place orders directly on forestlyequipments.com. Each product page includes images, specifications, and manuals where available.

Payment & Security

How your payment is processed and protected.

We accept major payment cards and secure checkout options available on our site. All payments are processed over encrypted connections.

For your protection, we may perform order verification to prevent fraud. If additional verification is required, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout.

We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Order Processing Time

When your order leaves our warehouse.

Standard processing time is 5–8 business days before dispatch. Processing includes:

  • Order verification and payment confirmation.
  • Inventory allocation and scheduling.
  • Carrier booking for parcel or LTL freight.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a dispatch confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery (United States)

Where we ship, how much it costs, and typical transit times.

  • Cost: Free shipping to U.S. addresses in the contiguous 48 states.
  • Transit time: Typically 8–12 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier.
  • Service: Small parcels ship via ground services; larger items ship via LTL freight.
  • Unloading: Free professional unloading is included with LTL deliveries.
  • Scheduling: For LTL shipments, the carrier may call to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is reachable.

Access & Delivery Conditions

Site requirements for safe delivery and unloading.

Please ensure the delivery location is accessible to standard freight vehicles. If there are access constraints—such as gated communities, limited road access, or narrow streets—inform us promptly so we can coordinate with the carrier.

For LTL freight, someone 18 years or older should be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Tracking

How to follow your shipment in transit.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Tracking events may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website after the label is created or the freight is picked up.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Why accurate contact and delivery details matter.

Enter your full delivery address (including unit/suite) and a valid phone number at checkout.

If you need to update the address, contact us before the order ships. Once a shipment is in transit, rerouting may not be possible. If an in-transit change is feasible, the carrier may assess a rerouting fee, which is the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting

What to do at the time of delivery.

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect the outer packaging before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Note any visible damage directly on the delivery receipt.
  • Take clear photos/videos of any damage (packaging and product) at the time of delivery.

Report concealed damage or shortages to Support@forestlyequipments.com within 5 business days of delivery and include your order number and supporting photos/videos. This helps us file a timely carrier claim and expedite replacements or other remedies.

Missed Deliveries & Storage

When carriers cannot complete a scheduled delivery.

If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to incorrect contact details, missed appointments, or site inaccessibility, storage or redelivery fees may apply according to the carrier’s policy.

Please monitor your tracking information and respond to carrier calls or emails promptly to avoid delays and extra charges.

Cancellations

How to cancel before or after dispatch.

Before dispatch: You may request cancellation. If the order has not entered processing or carrier booking, we’ll cancel and refund in full.

After dispatch: If the shipment is already in transit, please complete delivery and then use our Returns process once the item arrives. Standard return terms apply.

Returns

30-day free return window for eligible items.

We offer a 30-day free return policy from delivery for eligible items in original condition. To start a return, contact Support@forestlyequipments.com for instructions and an RMA.

Shipping timelines refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding carrier holidays). Actual transit times can vary based on weather, carrier capacity, distance, and other conditions outside of Forestly’s control.

Free professional unloading applies to LTL deliveries arranged by Forestly and its carriers. Certain remote or hard-to-access locations may require additional coordination or services from the carrier.
