Warranty Terms

At Forestly Equipments (“Forestly”, “we”, “our”), we stand behind the products we sell. This Limited Warranty explains what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim. By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
1) Who is covered
This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser who bought an eligible product directly from forestlyequipments.com or our authorized sales channels. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty is not transferable unless required by applicable law.
2) Warranty period
Forestly warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of shipment (the “Warranty Period”) when used, stored, and maintained in accordance with the product documentation.
3) What we will do
During the Warranty Period, at our option and discretion, Forestly will:
- Repair the product or component, or
- Provide replacement parts needed to correct a covered defect, or
- Replace the product with the same or functionally equivalent model, or
- Offer a reasonable credit/discount toward a replacement if repair or replacement is not practical.
Repairs or replacements may be made using new or refurbished parts and will be limited to models, versions, and finishes available at the time service is provided. Coverage is limited to the specific item that exhibits the defect.
4) What is not covered (common exclusions)
- Normal wear and tear and routine maintenance items (e.g., blades, teeth, belts, clutches, chains, filters, hoses, bearings, wheels, consumables, fluids).
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper storage, or operation contrary to the manual.
- Damage from external forces (weather, corrosion, flooding, fire, impacts, transportation damage after delivery).
- Modifications or alterations not approved by Forestly; use with incompatible accessories or fuels.
- Cosmetic conditions that do not affect function (minor scuffs, scratches, dents, discoloration).
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or with no verifiable proof of purchase.
5) Third-party components & engines
Certain components (e.g., engines, powerheads, electronics) may be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, such OEM warranties apply in addition to (or instead of) this Limited Warranty. We will help direct you to the proper OEM service channel.
6) How to make a warranty claim
- Stop using the product to prevent further damage or safety risks.
- Prepare proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
- Collect clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue and the overall condition.
- Email our support team at Support@forestlyequipments.com with:
- Order number, product name/SKU, and your contact details
- Description of the problem, when it started, and steps to reproduce
- Photos/videos as attachments or links
- Shipping address where the product is currently located
Our claims team will acknowledge your request and respond with next steps, usually within 2 business days. Do not ship any product back without a written Return Authorization (RA).
7) Service, parts & returns under warranty
- Repairs may be performed by Forestly, an authorized service partner, or via parts-in-field replacement.
- We may request that the product be shipped to a designated service location; shipping method must follow RA instructions.
- Special freight services (expedited, liftgate beyond our standard unloading, residential re-delivery, appointments outside carrier norms) are not covered and are at the customer’s expense unless we agree in writing.
8) Customer responsibilities
- Follow the product manual for installation, operation, and routine maintenance.
- Use appropriate fuels/fluids and wear parts as specified.
- Provide timely access, information, and media (photos/videos) to support diagnosis.
9) Disclaimer & limitation of liability
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, FORESTLY EQUIPMENTS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL FORESTLY EQUIPMENTS OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST REVENUE. FORESTLY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
