Returns & Refunds Policy (30-Day Free Return)

1) Eligibility
- Items purchased from forestlyequipments.com are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new/unused, in original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Normal inspection (opening outer carton to inspect for shipping damage) is allowed.
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days with photos/videos—we will arrange a remedy (replacement parts, replacement unit, or return at our cost).
2) Start a Return or Exchange (RMA Required)
- Email Support@forestlyequipments.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
- Wait for our written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
- For exchanges, tell us the SKU/Model you want; if a price difference applies, we’ll invoice or refund the difference.
3) Packaging & Safety for Freight
- Repack in original packaging. Freight items must be secured on a pallet with straps/bandings and protected with cardboard/plastic wrap to prevent movement.
- Fuel-powered equipment: Federal law requires all gasoline/petroleum equipment be completely drained and vented/dried for 24 hours before transport. The sender is responsible for compliance.
4) Return Shipping & Costs
- Within the contiguous U.S., returns within 30 days are free. Forestly provides a prepaid label or arranges a carrier pickup per the RMA instructions.
- Returns sent without our label or outside the RMA process may be refused or not reimbursed.
5) Non-Returnable Items
- Used, installed, modified, or damaged items (not due to carrier damage or manufacturing defect).
- Items missing original packaging or components.
- Consumables and normal wear items (e.g., belts, blades, chains, filters, oils), unless unopened or defective on arrival.
- Any item returned with hazardous fluids/flammables not drained as required by law.
6) Refunds
- After your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days (bank processing times may vary).
- No restocking fees for eligible, unused returns within 30 days. Excessive wear, missing parts, or damage may reduce the refund to cover restoration costs.
7) Order Changes & Cancellations
- Before dispatch: Request cancellation via email; we’ll confirm and issue a full refund.
- After dispatch: Please complete delivery and then request a return per this policy (free return within 30 days).
8) Delivery Issues & Damage on Arrival
- Inspect packaging at delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier’s receipt and take photos/videos.
- Report concealed damage within 5 business days to Support@forestlyequipments.com with media. We will arrange parts, replacement, or a return at our cost.
9) Where to Send Returns
Return locations vary by product and carrier. Use only the address provided on your RMA. Returns sent to the wrong address may be refused.
