Freight (LTL): Free professional unloading included. Carrier may call to schedule a delivery window—please provide a reachable phone number.

Tracking: Sent by email once dispatched (events can take up to 24h to appear).

On delivery: Inspect packaging before signing; note visible damage on the receipt and take photos. Report issues within 5 business days.

Easy returns: 30-day free return (U.S.) for items in original condition/packaging.

Start a return: Email Support@forestlyequipments.com for an RMA and prepaid label. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Packing: Use original packaging; secure freight items to a pallet. Drain fuels and let vent 24h before transport (if applicable).

Refund timing: Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received & inspected (bank times may vary).

Non-returnable: Used/installed/modified items, missing parts/packaging, opened consumables (unless DOA), items returned with fuel.
