  • LTL freight: Free professional ground-level unloading is included. The carrier may call to confirm access, offer a nearby terminal hold if your site is hard to reach, or schedule a delivery window.
  • Express options: Expedited transit may be available on request for an additional fee (typically around $400) depending on your location and carrier capacity.
  • Tracking: Once your shipment is booked, you’ll receive a Dispatch Confirmation with BOL + tracking link. Carrier scans can take up to 24 hours to display online.

  • Return window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on non-defective machines that are unused, unmodified, and still in the original crate/packaging.

  • Packing & safety: Use the original crate whenever possible. Secure the excavator to the pallet, protect all contact points, and drain all fuel and hydraulic attachments as required before transport.
  • Restocking fees: After inspection, a restocking fee may apply based on condition: up to 25% if unused, up to 40% if used, and up to 70% if modified or damaged.
  • Refund timing: Once the machine is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically issued within about 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may add a few extra days for processing.

  • Term: The TYPHON TERROR XVIII is backed by a warranty of 10,000 operating hours or 36 months (whichever comes first) from delivery, when used and maintained according to the manual.
  • Coverage: Core systems including the Kubota D902 diesel engine (subject to Kubota terms), hydraulic system, main structure (boom, arm, chassis), driveline, and key electrical components against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • What we may do: Depending on the case, Kamran Motor may ship replacement parts, coordinate local partner repair, arrange depot repair, or in limited cases credit you toward a replacement machine.
  • Common exclusions: Normal wear parts (tracks, teeth, pins, bushings, filters, hoses, belts, fluids, etc.); damage from misuse, abuse, improper transport or storage; poor or skipped maintenance; unapproved modifications or attachments; and cosmetic issues that do not affect safe operation.
  • Owner responsibilities: Register your machine within 14 days of delivery, follow the maintenance schedule, use approved fluids and parts, and keep service records and hour-meter readings.
  • How to make a claim: Email Support@forestlyequipments.com with your order number, serial number, hour-meter reading, description of the issue, location of the machine, and clear photos or video. Our team will confirm coverage and next steps.
